So, as a good cave mother, I encourage my cavebabies to eat loads of fruit. But they don’t like bananas! Bananas are filled with potassium, they’re high in iron and B6! All of this goodness can help fight fatigue, headaches and yes ladies, pms!
I figured out a way to get them to eat this awesome fruit! Slice it up and sprinkle just a bit of nutmeg on it!
I usually slice up 2 bananas to start with, but then usually have to slice up more if I expect to eat any!
