Well, that is my opinion, but it was so good!
How much fat does it have? I haven’t a clue
How much cholesterol does it have? Dunno
How much fiber does it have? Loads
How much Protein does it have? Loads
How much sodium does it have? Nil, unless you add it!
Here’s what you need:
Handful of spinach, chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
handful of mushrooms sliced
1 onion diced up
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3 eggs beaten
1. Heat your pan, and put a big piece of grassfed butter in. Let melt and sizzle a bit.
3. Once this is nice and soft, add your spinach and cook it until it wilts slightly.
4. Once the spinach has wilted, add the egg and swirl around to coat the bottom of the pan. Let it sit there and cook through.
5. Once cooked, place on your plate and eat! nom, nom, nom
I served mine with a side of blood oranges and a cup of green tea. Yum!
