What better way to start the day than with a well balanced, protein packed, paleo breakfast! This morning, I had scrambled eggs with chives, gluten free fruit bread and an orange. Washed all down with a cup of green tea!
Grass fed butter
3 large eggs (whisked together)
Fresh chives chopped
1. Melt butter in a hot pan
2. Chop your chives
3. Pour whisked eggs into the hot pan, add your fresh chives.
4. Mix around until they’re cooked through.
I served mine with gluten free toasted fruit bread (tastes like a hot cross bun) smeared with grass fed butter. A nice peeled orange on the side. Yum! Should keep me going until lunchtime!
