WOD – 12 June 2013

2nd day of working out and getting back in to the swing of things! Feeling better than Monday! It’s amazing what your muscle’s remember when you start working out again. They snap back to it and get right back to work! Here’s what I did this morning:

20 Front squat/push presses (25lbs)
20 Step Ups
20 Dumbbell one-point rows (15lbs each arm)
20 Static lunges (20lbs)
20 Pushups
20 Cable Horizontal wood chops (resistance band)

Now, onto breakfast. I have a whole bunch of chives ready to go in the herb garden. Just need to figure something out! Watch this space!
