Here’s another reason to kick the soda habit. Not only does it contain massive amounts of sugar, but it’s acidic too and wearing down your teeth. The same is true for diet sodas.
I’m not a big fan of all of the article’s recommendations as substitutes (i.e soybeans and yogurt), but the garlic, broccoli and other alkali foods (i.e spinach, water, cucumbers) are all good places to start! Take a look at the link below.
