A couple of weeks ago, I posted a recipe for mexican meatloaf – and boy is it yummy! I am always looking for ways to improve my recipes…so here it is!
1/2 pound organic beef mince
1 red pepper diced up
1 onion chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 220C
2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
3. When everything is mixed together, place in a cupcake tin and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
It’s easy and tasty and the cavebabies love it! I served mine over fresh lettuce leaves and avocado slices. The perfect paleo meal!
