WOD – 18 May

Today’s WOD:

24 Wide-grip deadlifts (24lbs)
24 Bulgarian Split Squats (20lbs)
24 Underhand-grip lat pulldowns (resistance band)
24 Reverse lunge with forward reach (20lbs)
24 Single arm rows (15lbs each arm)
10 crunches
10 reverse crunches
2 120m sprints
5 negative chin-ups
20 pushups

I’m tired!! Going to recover now with a wonderful chorizo and spinach omelette!
