What a glorious Saturday! The sun is out, it’s warm (relatively) and all the windows are open!

Here’s today’s workout:

32 Barbell Squats (22 pounds)
30 Static Lunges (each leg)
30 Pushups
30 Barbell Romanian Deadlifts (22 pounds)
30 Dumbbell bent-over row (15 pounds each arm)
16 Barbell incline bench press (10 pounds each arm)
16 Seated rows (resistance bands)
30 Dumbbell Squats (20 pounds)
30 Dumbell Shoulder Press (10 pounds each arm)
30 Step ups

15 Days to the 10k!!! Have to push it everyday!! Tomorrow will be a good day for a run and some more weight training!!
