20 Front Squats/Push Press (22lbs)
20 Step Ups
20 Dumbbell one-point row (20lbs)
20 Static lunges (on each leg) (20 pounds)
50 Seated Rows (resistane Band)
20 V Sits
Now off to eat my chorizo omelette with an eggplant stuffed mushroom!
