Phew! What a productive morning so far and it’s only 7am!!!

Today’s training consisted of 20 minutes of interval training in and around the village. Up and down hills, and alternating sprinting and walking. Still a bit windy outside though as it stung the eyes! Ouch!

Got back home and did a bit more stretching and then completed a set of weighted (22 lbs) squats, set of barbel (22lbs) bent over rows, set of V-sits, set of lunges, set of push ups and another set of V-sits.

I had to round everything out nicely with an onion, mushroom, zucchini omelette with a freshly made strawberry, cherry, blueberry green tea smoothie!

Now to tackle the rest of the day!
