Paleo Strawberry Frangipane with Coconut Whipped Cream

This is anabsolutely devine recipe!!! I didn’t have any almond flour so I substitued with gluten free ‘flour’. It was fantastic!!!! Everyone should definitly try this one!!!

Spring has sprung in America’s Capital and holy moly is it beautiful. After a bitterly cold winter (with almost no snow to show for it) the sun is finally shining and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. If you have never been to DC during peak season, it truly is spectacular; thousands of cherry and magnolia trees are in full bloom, turning the skyline soft pink for as far as the eye can see.

Noah and I recently took a trip to the Tidal Basin to play tourists for the day, and I literally gasped as we walked along the water, immediately entering my happy place. Spring is here and all is right in the world.
