Perfect Paleo Breakfast

This is how I started my day today:

Leftovers: baked salmon, broccoli and ‘Paleo Noodles.’

It ticks all of the Paleo boxes:

Protein: Salmon

Fibre and Vitamins: Broccoli and Zuccini

Breakfast can be anything you want it to be. You don’t have to have a bowl of sugar laden cereal. You can start the day right packed with protein and fruit and veg. Because it has a low sugar content, you will stay fuller, longer. Reducing snacking and reducing the amount of empty calories you consume.
